SYMPTOMS
Texas Instruments CardBus controllers may be incorrectly identified as 24-bit devices instead of 32-bit devices in Windows 2000. This limits the resources that are available to be under a 16-MB cap.
When the computer reboots after the device is detected, Windows may enter a continuous reboot loop, encountering a 0xb4 stop error (integrated video conflict).
CAUSE
This issue occurs because Pcmcia.sys cannot correctly identify the Texas Instruments CardBus controller.
