SYMPTOMS
In the BizTalk Editor, when you use SQL annotations in your file specifications, the annotation may be incorrectly created as follows:
is_constant
It should be:
is-constant
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, manually correct the annotation before you save the file specification.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in BizTalk Server 2000.
