SYMPTOMS
When you try to duplicate a while shape with the French version of the BizTalk Server 2000 Orchestration Designer on a computer that has the French version of Microsoft Visio 2002 installed, the following error may occur:

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in BizTalk Server 2000. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 Service Pack 1a.

Steps to Reproduce This Behavior:
- Install BizTalk Server 2000 and BizTalk Server 2000 Service Pack 1 (SP1) on a computer that also has Visio 2002 installed.
- Open the BizTalk Orchestration Designer.
- Drag a while shape onto the business process page.
- Right-click the while shape, and then click Duplicate.
This error has been reproduced in the following environment:
- Operating system: Windows 2000 French
- Visio version and language: Visio 2002 French
- BizTalk version and language: BizTalk Server 2000 SP1 French
- Regional settings: French
