SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Word as your e-mail editor in Microsoft Outlook, and you forward or reply to an HTML message that was generated by a third-party auto-mailer program, part or all of the message disappears or is rearranged.

CAUSE

The third-party auto-mailer program may place text before the <HTML> element in the message. This text causes the HTML code to be malformed.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, please contact your third-party auto-mailer provider.
