SYMPTOMS

When you edit pages and templates, you cannot copy and paste an image from an HTML file that was converted from a Rich Text Format (RTF) file.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior in the Site Builder, you can paste directly from Microsoft Word to the placeholder instead of saving the Word document as HTML and then pasting it in the placeholder.

To work around this behavior in the Web browser client, you must save the image to your desktop, and then you can drag the image to the placeholder.
