Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Commerce Server 2000. This problem was first corrected in Commerce Server 2000 Service Pack 1.

Steps to Reproduce Behavior
- Start the Microsoft Commerce Server Manager (MMC).
- From the tree view, click to expand the Commerce Server Manager and Global Resources nodes.
- Right-click Data Warehouse, and then click Properties.
- In the Properties dialog box, click Help. Notice that no topic is listed in the index, and an HTML-style error message appears in the Data pane.
