SYMPTOMS
When a program or a game is started by multiple users by means of the Fast User Switching feature, that program or game can transfer its sound to the other users. In particular, there can be an overlapping sound when a second user starts the same program.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because these programs or games have not been designed for use with multiple users or with the Fast User Switching technology.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, either run one instance of the program or close the program before you use the Fast User Switching feature.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
