SYMPTOMS
In the common Print dialog box, changes that you make on any tab other than the General tab are not retained after you close the dialog box.
CAUSE
This problem is caused by an insufficient buffer size in Comdlg32.dll.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
