SYMPTOMS
After you install Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 1 (SP1), the problem that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article Q260353 may reappear:
260353 FIX: Use of Java/COM Components in COM+ Enabled Systems Can Cause Delays
CAUSE
Windows 2000 SP1 overrides the changes that the hotfix makes to the system.
RESOLUTION

STATUS
