SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to import a Messaging Manager configuration by using the Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 SDK sample BizTalkConfigAssistant, no configuration is imported.
CAUSE
When you import a configuration, Home Organization settings are adjusted to the current Home Organization settings. Because no importable Home Organization is available to adjust, the configuration import is stopped.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in BizTalk Server 2000 Service Pack 1.
