SYMPTOMS
If you are using Japanese regional settings and have the Input Method Editor (IME) enabled, you cannot use the SHIFT+F and SHIFT+R key combinations to insert a field or a record, respectively.
RESOLUTION

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 Service Pack 1.

After you apply BizTalk Server 2000 Service Pack 1 (SP1), the shortcut key combinations are changed to CTRL+SHIFT+F and CTRL+SHIFT+R.
