FIX: MSMQ Property Sheet Contains Two Sets of Duplicate Hotkeys

SYMPTOMS

In the Advanced Configuration dialog box of the BizTalk Messaging Manager Channel Wizard, you can access the properties for the Primary Transport component of the Messaging Port by clicking the Properties button. When you configure the Message Port for the Channel with a Primary Transport of Message Queuing, the BizTalk SendMSMQ Properties dialog box is displayed when you click the Properties button. In this dialog box, there are duplicate n hotkeys and duplicate p hotkeys. The User Name text box and the None radio button share the duplicate n hotkey. The Password and Priority text boxes share the duplicate p hotkey.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for BizTalk Server 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in BizTalk Server 2000. This problem was first corrected in BizTalk Server 2000 Service Pack 1.
