SYMPTOMS
The Datawarehouse - IPs Resolved and Datawarehouse - IPs Unresolved performance counters never increase even though IP Resolution is progressing.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the performance counters are not correctly initialized.
RESOLUTION

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Commerce Server 2000.
