SYMPTOMS
If an object's content name contains a line feed character (0x0a), the export file may be truncated when you use Csvde.exe to export Active Directory.
Name collisions can cause line feed character to appear in the content name during replication. For additional information, click the article number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

CAUSE
This issue occurs because Csvde.exe is unable to handle the line feed character in the common name.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS
