SYMPTOMS
When you use Microsoft Commerce Server 2000 Manager to run the Product Catalog Import Data Transformation Services (DTS) task, the import may fail with the generic "1 task(s) failed during execution" error. CSDataWarehouse Event 36864 is logged in the Event log.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because of an access violation in the Cdtstasks.dll file.
RESOLUTION
