SYMPTOMS
When you click Specify a Processing Rule Group option in the Search dialog box, only the specified rule group is searched, and not the subgroups of that processing rule group.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because the search option currently is limited to the specific rule group only and does not include subgroups.
WORKAROUND
As a workaround, search All Processing Rule Groups.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
