SYMPTOMS
When you use the Navigation menu on a Nokia 7110 wireless device to view an Exchange Server mailbox folder list by using Outlook Mobile Access (a program in Mobile Information Server), you may receive the following error message on the device:
CAUSE
This issue can occur if the list of folders that is being displayed contains too many characters. This issue does not occur unless folder names in the list are more than 100 characters in length.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, shorten the folder names in the mailbox.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
