SYMPTOMS
The SetSystemPowerState function does not work on computers that support hibernate but not suspend. In the terminology of the Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) specification, this function does not work if the computer supports S4 but not S1, S2, or S3.
RESOLUTION
