SYMPTOMS
When you try to print a photo image from Microsoft Publisher to a Hewlett- Packard DeskJet printer, the image may not print.
RESOLUTION
To print the image, follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the Print tab.
- Click to select the Print line-by-line (Inkjet printers only) check box.
- Click OK.
You may want to contact Hewlett-Packard to inquire about an updated printer driver that resolves this problem.
