Cluster Administrator is displayed under Administrative Tools on Windows Server 2003. There is also a Cluster folder under the %SystemRoot% folder.
Both Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition, and Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Datacenter Edition, must be nodes in a server cluster, and they must run the Microsoft Cluster Service (MSCS).
Cluster Administrator is included on all server versions so that you can remotely administer and configure any server cluster in your environment. If you attempt to create a cluster by using the server version of Windows Server 2003, you can receive an error message that is similar to the following error message:
To resolve this issue, upgrade your computer from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition.
