SUMMARY

In the queues for the Microsoft Exchange 2000 Connector for Lotus Notes, some queues do not allow the Delete All Messages (send NDR) option. If you try to delete messages from the MTS-IN and BADMAIL queues for this connector, the Delete All Messages (send NDR) option remains unavailable (appears dimmed). The only option for these two queues is Delete All Messages (no NDR).

However, the other remaining queues for the Connector for Lotus Notes still have the Delete All Messages (send NDR) option. The MTS-OUT, READYIN, and READYOUT queues support the functionality to delete all messages and send a non-delivery report (NDR).
