SYMPTOMS
When you are use Windows Explorer to view files on a DVD, you may receive the following error message on a blue screen:
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the universal file system driver (Udfs.sys) is reading past its memory allocation.
RESOLUTION
Service pack information
