Microsoft Outlook Mobile Manager has been discontinued and is no longer available for download. If you have already installed Outlook Mobile Manager, continue to check the Microsoft Knowledge Base for any documented issues. To obtain additional information about Microsoft Mobile Information Server, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

SUMMARY

When you view the number of pieces used to deliver messages since last reset counter in the Overview dialog box in Outlook Mobile Manager, the number may appear to be incorrect, especially if you have recently reset your Message Limits counter.

MORE INFORMATION

In Outlook Mobile Manager, you can configure and reset message limits in the Message Limits dialog box (to locate this dialog box, click My Device, and then click Message Limits). You can use this feature to prevent your wireless device from sending more than a certain number of messages (for example, if your carrier has a preset number of messages for your account). If message limits are disabled, the number of pieces used to deliver messages since last reset counter counts the total number of messages that are sent (this is the total number of messages that have been sent since you installed Outlook Mobile Manager). With limits enabled, the number of pieces used to deliver messages since last reset counter counts the number of fragments (pieces of a message) that were sent in that limit period (for example, month or week). You can also set the message limit period in the Message Limits dialog box.
