SYMPTOMS

When you point to Send To on the File menu, there is no choice for Genigraphics. In earlier versions of PowerPoint, the Genigraphics command opens a tool to help you send your presentation to Genigraphics for high quality output.

CAUSE

Microsoft no longer has an exclusive arrangement with the Genigraphics company.

MORE INFORMATION

Genigraphics is a producer of 35 millimeter (mm) slides and other high quality output from PowerPoint presentations. Earlier versions of PowerPoint included a tool to help you send presentations to Genigraphics to create 35 mm slides, transparencies, color copies, and posters.

You can continue to send your presentations directly to Genigraphics by following the instructions at the Genigraphics Web site:

You can also use other service bureaus to create high quality output from your PowerPoint presentations.
