SYMPTOMS
After you upgrade a Microsoft Windows 98-based computer to Windows 2000 Professional and you have version 2.0 or earlier of the Iomega Tools software installed on the Windows 98-based computer, you may receive the following error message after you start your computer:
All Iomega software works on the computer.
CAUSE
This issue occurs because the Windows 98 version of the Iomega Tools software is not compatible with Windows 2000.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, upgrade the Iomega Tools software, known as IomegaWare, to the most recent Windows 2000-compatible version of the software form the following Iomega Web site:
