SYMPTOMS
In a large Windows 2000-based domain that spans many sites, when you use the Knowledge Consistency Checker (KCC) to automatically generate and maintain the intra-site and inter-site replication topology, network performance may be slow and directory services may become unstable.
RESOLUTION
