SYMPTOMS
After you migrate messages from Lotus cc:Mail to Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server by using the Exchange Migration Wizard, any highlighted text in the messages may not be legible.
For example, if a message contains the word "highlight," and that word is highlighted in the original cc:Mail message, after you migrate the message to Exchange 2000, that word may be displayed as "^C1hlight" when the client views the message.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
