SYMPTOMS
If multiple threads try to access a file and a sharing violation is detected by the server, one thread may receive the correct error (ERROR_SHARING_VIOLATION). Other threads that are trying to access the file may receive error 161 (ERROR_BAD_PATH).
RESOLUTION
