SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Word, when you select a printer feed method for an envelope, the feed method may change the next time you start Word.
CAUSE
This problem can occur when there is no printer set up on your computer.
RESOLUTION
To correct this problem, install a printer. To install a printer, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
- In the Printers dialog box, double-click Add Printer.
- Follow the instructions of the Add Printer Wizard to install a printer.
NOTE: It is not necessary to have a printer physically installed, to install the driver for that printer.
