SYMPTOMS
Calls to the CreateProxyArpEntry function do not succeed and return "ERROR_BAD_UNIT" if the Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) service is running.
CAUSE
This behavior is caused by a problem in the RRAS service code.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS
