SYMPTOMS
When you try to remove a Hewlett-Packard (HP) OpenMail client profile in Microsoft Outlook, one of the following error messages may appear:
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because HP OpenMail is not a supported transport for Outlook.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, click Ignore, and then continue with the procedure. It may also be desirable to create a new profile without the HP OpenMail service.
