SYMPTOMS
The Winmgt32.dll file may complete the same asynchronous ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE_SESSION verb three times. This problem occurs if the verb completes before the calling thread has exited Winmgt32.dll.
RESOLUTION

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft SNA Server version 4.0 Service Pack 3 (SP3) and Host Integration Server (HIS) 2000.
This problem was first corrected in SNA Server 4.0 Service Pack 4.
