SYMPTOMS
When you click Save Attachments in Microsoft Outlook, nothing happens in messages with unsafe attachments.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because access to some attachments is prevented with the new security features in Outlook. However, the Save Attachments menu item is still available on the File menu. When you click Save Attachments, nothing happens because access to that attachment has been blocked.
