SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to print a map from one of the programs listed at the beginning of this article, you may receive the following error message.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if both of the following conditions are true:
- You increased the Printing Quality or the dots per inch (dpi) setting in your printer driver.
- You configured the program to use the Presentation Map Quality setting to print the map.
Or your printer drivers may be outdated.
RESOLUTION
To prevent this issue from occurring, use one of the following methods.
- Do not increase the Print Quality or the dots per inch (dpi) setting in your printer driver when you configure the program to use the Presentation Map Quality setting to print the map.
- Do not configure the program to use the Presentation Map Quality setting to print the map when you increase the Print Quality or the dots per inch (dpi) setting in your printer driver.
