SYMPTOMS

When you submit a large interchange, you may receive one or more of the following error messages:

An error occurred in BizTalk Server.

Details:

The database call failed and returned the following error string: "String data, length mismatch". If possible, we will attempt to retry this call.

CAUSE

The size of the interchange is too large.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000.
