At other times, SNA Manager may not cause a Dr. Watson error, but may appear to stop responding (hang), or the SNA services may appear to go offline and then recover (in the SNA Manager view--the services do not actually shut down).

RESOLUTION

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft SNA Server version 4.0.

This problem was first corrected in SNA Server 4.0 Service Pack 4.
