SYMPTOMS
Internet Explorer 5 behavior expressions that are stated in a style sheet (a .css or .htc file) do not work as expected in Internet Explorer 5.01. For example, a call to window.showModalWindow creates a window that is not affected by the behavior in the .htc or .css file.
CAUSE
This behavior is caused by a timing issue that has been resolved in Internet Explorer 5.5 by using a separate queue for expressions.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, upgrade to Internet Explorer 5.5. To obtain the latest version of Internet Explorer, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
