SYMPTOMS
When you print an online Help topic in the Microsoft SideWinder Strategic Commander software, the topic may be printed on a black background.
Additionally, the Help topic may take a very long time to be printed.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if Microsoft Internet Explorer is configured to print background colors and images.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, configure Internet Explorer to not print background colors and images:
- Start Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Under Printing, click to clear the Print background colors and images check box.
