SYMPTOMS
If you create an e-mail greeting with one of the Microsoft programs listed at the beginning of this article, and then you view the greeting in Netscape Navigator, you may notice that the Replay, Pause, Back, Forward, and About buttons may not always respond.
RESOLUTION
These buttons are fully functional; however, you may have to position the pointer completely over the buttons in order to make them respond to your mouse click.
