SYMPTOMS

When you use one of the programs listed at the beginning of this article to attempt to print a flipped image for a t-shirt transfer to a Hewlett-Packard 842C printer, the image may not be printed.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if your printer driver is outdated.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact your printer manufacturer to inquire about how to obtain and install the latest printer driver for your printer.

To check the version of the printer driver that is installed on your computer:

  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
  2. Right-click your printer icon, and then click Properties.
  3. On the General or the Test tab, click Print Test Page. The version of the printer driver is printed on the test page.
