The file is stored on security-enhanced servers that help to prevent any unauthorized changes to the file. NOTE: Microsoft recommends that you apply this fix to all of the servers in your environment. This includes Exchange 2000 Server computers, Microsoft Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server computers, Active Directory Connector (ADC) servers, and domain controller and global catalog servers. If you cannot apply this fix to all of the domain controller and global catalog servers, at a minimum you should apply the fix to the domain controller and global catalog servers that your Exchange 2000 Server computers use.
