SYMPTOMS
After a few seconds of receiving a few hundred simultaneous H.323 requests, a computer that has Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server installed may stop responding (hang).
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because of a single-thread deadlock in the RemoveRandomFWPacket routine.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
