SYMPTOMS
If the user who is running Performance Monitor does not have Power User or Administrator privileges, the Redirector Object counter in Performance Monitor displays zeroes.
CAUSE
You must have Power User or Administrator privileges to open a handle to the Redirector device object.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
