SYMPTOMS
The Outcmd.dat file increases in size each time that you create a custom command bar with a custom control in Outlook forms.
RESOLUTION
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely affected by this specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next service release that contains this fix.

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2000 SR1.
MORE INFORMATION
The Outcmd.dat file does not reduce in size when you delete the custom command bars. Over time, the form may take longer to open if the Outcmd.dat file continues to increase in size.
