Cannot Print to Xerox Document Printer from Terminal Server |

The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Windows NT Server version 4.0, Terminal Server Edition
SYMPTOMS
When you try to print to Xerox Document Centre from a client computer running Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server, the print jobs spool as 0 bytes and never print.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the printer is incompatible with Terminal Server.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
