SYMPTOMS
When you create a Microsoft PowerPoint Movie and set the transition speed between slides, the transition is played at a fixed speed regardless of the chosen setting.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because slide transitions for PowerPoint Movie are set to run at a fixed speed.
