SYMPTOMS
When you run the Audio Wizard test in the Microsoft SideWinder Game Voice software, your Ess Solo-1 sound card may fail the test.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:
- You are running the ESS Solo-1 sound card on a Microsoft Windows 98-based computer.
- You are using the default drivers that are included with Windows 98 for your sound card.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, contact the manufacturer of your sound card to inquire about the latest sound driver available for your sound card.
