SYMPTOMS
When you make changes to file or folder properties using the Properties dialog box, the Apply button is unavailable.
CAUSE
This problem can occur if you use the Edit box on the General tab to change the file or folder name.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, click OK to apply your changes.
