SYMPTOMS

When you install a Philips USB PCVC675 PC Video Camera or a Philips USB PCVC680 PC Video Camera, using the software provided with the camera, Setup may stop responding (hang) and you may receive the following error message:

Waiting for Windows to install the Audiodriver

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact Philips USA Consumer Electronics about the availability of a fix for this issue.
