Problem:
The LIDT instruction should require FWORD when in fact it requires a QWORD. The .386 directive was used. The problem also exists with LGDT and for .286p.
Response:
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Version 5.00. This problem was corrected in Version 5.00a.
